Organ MusicAs the youngest child of a musical family I came into contact with tones and notes very early. My parents met each other in an accordion orchestra; my sister played the flute and later piano. Thus, it was up to me to start with piano as well when I was 6. With 16 I changed to the church organ. I had a very intensive study by Hartmut Sturm and later by the cathedral organist Professor Heino Schubert (cathedral of Essen). Since that time I tried to play various organs in German, in Europe and even in USA. Sometimes I take part in concerts or other private performances with a string orchestra or string quartet. The organ literature of Johann Sebastian Bach is my favorite literature. Sometimes I play independent of notes and written literature (improvisations).
